hello everyone! ive made a new tilda card for the
just magnolia challenge the theme is country. i really like this theme being from the midwest, i really love country style which is how i decided to interpret this theme. im also entering it into the
tilda's town challenge the them is choose your own technique i chose distressing. im also in
creative inspirations with a tremendously beautiful color scheme of peach and blues.
so this is thee card i came up with i hope you like it! :)
i used a large scalloped circle that i crackeld, and inked the edges. i added a doily over it. the background blue lace paper is a antique table linen that i got at a thrift store, and made a photo copy of it with some plain blue fabric behind the lace to make the lace pattern stand out more. the ribbon is some quilting fabric that i ripped, and lightly tea dyed, and added an antique button on top. i made the wire hearts out of floral wire and painted them white.
here's a close up of the pretty flowers these are from i am roses. you can see the floral wire hearts better too. i also added some tea colored crystal flat backs for shine.
here's tilda. im getting use to thee tim holtz distress markers. they're a lot of fun to use :)
thanks for stopping by! i hope you like this tilda as much as i do! :)
